Good Ombré Beanie - Downloadable Chunky Knitting Pattern
The KNIT SAFARI Good Ombré Beanie is a fun chunky knit hat, with contrast colour work creating a pixelated fade pattern to keep the project interesting. Pro tip - select 3 shades in the same colour family to make the ombré change gradually, or contrast your colours to create a modern piece of winter knitwear!
The Good Ombré Beanie is is a DIY knitting pattern to create an ombré pattern beanie. It is knitted seamlessly in the round, from the brim to the top, with contrast stitches creating the zigzag pattern. Never tried using multiple colours before? Don’t worry! Just make sure your tension is not too tight (especially the “floats”, which is when the yarn travels behind the work between stitches!) and in no time you’ll be switching colours in your knits like a pro!
