- Figure 8 cast on
- circular knitting
3 stitches x 4 rows = 10cm/4" square for Knit stitch
Approximately 20cm wide and 35cm long
- Cast on 12 stitches using a Figure 8 cast on, or your favourite seamless cast on, and join in the round, taking care not to twist your cast on edge. Place stitch marker. Not sure how to do this? There are loads of great tutorials here.
- Knit for 11 rounds
- *SSK, knit 2 stitches, k2tog*, repeating the section between the stars one more time (8 stitches)
- Knit for 2 rounds.
- Cast off. Roll your hot water bottle lengthwise, and insert it into the cover.
